Since 1977, The Newton Law Firm has been practicing primarily real estate law in Oconee, Pickens and Anderson Counties, South Carolina, with a small portion of the practice dedicated to estate/probate work. In the beginning of the law practice, we had one clerical employee. Today our office employs 7 clerical staff members and 2 full-time abstractors. Allocation of duties allows us to streamline our office tasks in such a way that provides a very efficient closing for our clients. We take a great deal of pride in the manner in which our firm conducts closings and deals with our clients. This has resulted in a great deal of repeat business for our firm. We continually maintain and strive for a good relationship with our clients, our lenders and the community in which we conduct our business.
